Treatment Centres

At Sober Success & Partners, we understand the importance of effective, high-quality addiction and mental health treatment. Your health and well-being is our priority, so we do everything in our power to help you receive the help you need.

We offer a range of integrated mental and behavioural health services here at Sober Success & Partners. We deliver our services in inpatient and at-home settings. Our team are experts, and we can provide high-quality care to you as soon as you contact us.

It may be more appropriate and suitable for your needs to allocate aspects of your care to another treatment centre in some cases. Perhaps you would rather inpatient care in a facility closer to your home or have a specific need or condition requiring an alternative treatment provider.

Regardless of your circumstances and treatment needs, Sober Success & Partners can help you get the treatment you need. If we can’t provide, we find another treatment provider who will. Over the years, we have built a strong network of healthcare providers, all of whom we collaborate to deliver the best, most appropriate care to each client.

We understand that addiction and mental health issues can wreak havoc on your life and the lives of those you love. With our expert-led, compassionate care services, we can help you turn your life around and start your recovery successfully.

Client-centred Care at Sober Success & Partners

At Sober Success & Partners, we take a client-centred approach to your care. When treatment providers are inundated with clients and receive a high demand for their services, the pressure can make some providers lose sight of the individual in treatment. This is why client-centred care is so critical. At Sober Success & Partners, we make sure that each client receives the respect and attuned care they deserve.

Through our client-centred approach, we focus not only on treating your symptoms but on addressing your needs as a whole person beyond your mental or behavioural health issues. This includes your family history and dynamics and your lifestyle needs and preferences.

At Sober Success & Partners, we collaborate with a range of other healthcare providers. Our services and those of our collaborators meet the standards set by the Care Quality Commission. One crucial standard set by the CQC is that healthcare providers deliver client-centred care to their patients.

We operate with professionalism and compassion here at Sober Success & Partners. We accept clients of all backgrounds, cultures, and needs. We do not tolerate discrimination of any kind, and the same applies to our partners and network. We understand that mental and behavioural health issues can affect anyone. Treatment must not discriminate.

Treatment Pathways

When you come to us for help, we begin by offering a comprehensive, in-depth psychological and psychiatric screening and assessment. The results from your screening and assessment will help us determine the type and level of care you need. With this information, we can help you make an informed decision about your healthcare needs and preferences moving forward.

We understand that some services suit some clients more than others. This can arise out of the specific type of treatment you need, your treatment preferences, and the severity of your mental or behavioural health issues.

We are connected with a variety of treatment providers across the UK. Once we determine your needs and discuss your preferences with you, we can allocate the most effective and appropriate treatment. Suppose we believe that you would be better suited to receive treatment from another healthcare provider. In that case, we collaborate with that provider to help you navigate the complexities of the healthcare service industry.

It can be complicated and sometimes overwhelming for families to take on the responsibility of discussing and meeting with multiple care providers, so we help you reduce the pressure. We liaise with high-quality care providers to help you take practical steps on your journey back to health.

If your assessment and evaluation, which looks at your personal history and background, find that you are struggling with unresolved trauma, our treatment referral process would find a trauma specialist to help you deal with that trauma.

Trauma-related conditions such as chronic stress and PTSD can significantly impact our mental and behavioural health. Suppose one seeks treatment for mental or behavioural health symptoms but does not receive trauma treatment. In that case, treatment overall will be less effective. Similarly, suppose you have any underlying conditions that require specialist treatment. In that case, we will find a specialist and refer you to treatment.

At Sober Success & Partners, our goal is to help you heal. We achieve this goal by extending your care to the vast list of treatment providers we collaborate with. We provide highly individualised care so that you can focus on achieving and maintaining positive mental and behavioural health without having to worry about where you need to go or who you need to speak to next.

Co-ordinated Care for Your Health and Well-being

Living with mental or behavioural health issues is already challenging. It is not helped by the need to navigate the complex world of healthcare service providers. At Sober Success & Partners, we provide each client with a dedicated case manager.

Case managers play an important role in your recovery journey. They help you and your family connect and collaborate with various treatment services to help you find the most effective and appropriate treatment for you as an individual.

Your case manager will help you from day one through to your aftercare support. The case manager collaborates with your psychologist, psychiatrist, therapist, nurses, and even your GP to help you maximise the benefits of treatment. When you work with a Sober Success & Partners case manager, he or she will help you find any necessary treatment providers.

For example, you might want to engage in inpatient treatment for a mental health issue instead of at-home care, but you feel that our treatment centre in Essex is too far from home and would be inconvenient for you. In that case, we can find and connect you with a treatment centre closer to home.

In substance abuse and addiction cases, we can allocate the most appropriate detoxification and rehab services for your needs. Substance use disorder is a complex condition to treat, so it is essential that clients feel safe and comfortable throughout the treatment process. Suppose you or your family have any specific needs or requests related to your treatment. In that case, we will listen with compassion and intent and help you meet those needs.

Communication, Confidentiality, Consent

You can rest assured knowing that your privacy will be upheld at Sober Success & Partners. All treatment providers with whom we collaborate operate under strict confidentiality. We will not share your personal information without prior consent. We keep open and effective communication with each client to make sure you feel dignified and respected on your journey back to health.
